On a hillside overlooking the town of Ayr which is set amidst rolling farmland of owner's working farm, with stunning views across to the Carrick Hills, Ayr town and the Isle of Arran, sits Acorn Cottage, a recent conversion, which has been beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, offering comfortable and cosy accommodation on two levels.? The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is reached by a staircase from the down stairs sitting room and kitchen and the shared garden offers fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.?
Acorn cottage is adjacent to its sister property, Ash Cottage and can be booked individually or together to accommodate up to 6 people.

The Villa (Largs) sleeps a maximum of 5 people. The Villa is a delightful semi detached cottage sitting high on the hillside overlooking the Firth of Clyde with stunning panoramic views westwards to the islands of Arran, Cumbrae and Bute. located just outside the village of Skelmorlie in North Ayrshire, this self catering cottage is located on a working farm. It forms part of a courtyard yet has privacy from the rest of the farm steading. Recently renovated the interior is fresh and modern, however, there is evidence of its past with the old stone fireplace surround in the kitchen still visible today. The entrance opens straight into the lounge/dining area which then leads off into the gallery style kitchen. On the first floor there are two good sized, delightfully coordinated, twin bedrooms, both have zip and link beds which can be made up into super king beds on request. All the main rooms within the cottage have the most fantastic views out to sea and the islands beyond. The farm comprises two and a half thousand acres which guests are free to explore. The hillside location makes an ideal spot to watch the comings and goings of the many boats, ships, ferries and submarines which pass regularly through the Firth of Clyde. A 5 minute stroll leads down to the sea front.

On a hillside overlooking the town of Ayr, with views across to the Carrick Hills and the Isle of Arran, Ash Cottage is a beautifully furnished barn conversion on the working farm of Kirklandholm.? Furnished and decorated to a high standard, the property has two double en-suite bedrooms, one with a 'zip n link' bed which can provide either a super king-size or two standard singles.? A decking area outside the kitchen door provides the perfect place to enjoy that morning coffee and admire the scenery, with access to the large lawned garden, landscaped with trees and shrubs.

Ayrshire has an amazing coastline and the road follows the sea like a ribbon with stunning views across to Cumbrae, Arran and Bute. Tantalizingly close, the Isle of Arran just beckons one to hop on the ferry and live the adventure - easy to do for the day. Often referred to as 'Scotland in Miniature', the Isle of Arran offers towering granite peaks to the north and a softer, greener landscape in the south. There is so much to do here, from climbing Goat Fell or visiting historic Brodick Castle - or indulging yourself with local Arran cheeses, beers, whisky or soaps - you can even make your own! There are lovely sandy bays and amazing wildlife such as deer, otters, seals and if you are lucky you may spot an eagle.

Aubrey View is a beautifully-appointed all second floor apartment situated in the seaside town of Largs on Scotlandís beautiful west coast and can sleep four people in two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and balcony. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars. With the coast within walking distance and an array of walking and cycling opportunities nearby, Aubrey View is an excellent base for exploring this scenic area of the West of Scotland.
